Release of investigation report on December 2017 fatal plane crash in Fond-du-Lac, Saskatchewan

Winnipeg, Manitoba, 27 October 2021 —The Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) will release its investigation report (A17C0146) into the fatal plane crash involving an ATR 42 operated by West Wind Aviation that occurred on 13 December 2017.
