Investigation report: Collision with a lawn tractor
Dorval, Quebec, — Today, the Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) released its investigation report (A21Q0052) into the collision of an aircraft with a lawn tractor that occurred on 5 July 2021 at the St-Esprit Aerodrome, Quebec.
The TSB conducted a limited-scope, fact-gathering investigation into this occurrence to advance transportation safety through greater awareness of potential safety issues.
