Investigation report: Non-main-track uncontrolled movement
Richmond, British Columbia, 23 November 2021 — Today, the Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) released its investigation report (R20V0230) into the non-main-track uncontrolled movement that occurred on 13 November 2020 at Mile 462.4 of the Prince George Subdivision in Prince George, British Columbia.
The TSB conducted a limited-scope, fact-gathering investigation into this occurrence to advance transportation safety through greater awareness of potential safety issues.
