The Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal

At a moving ceremony at the TSB Engineering Laboratory on 11 February 2013, three TSB employees were awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal. The recipients of the medal, which honours significant contributions and achievements by Canadians, were nominated by their colleagues and selected by the members of the Board. National Public Service Week awards

Every year as part of National Public Service Week, the Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) hosts an awards and recognition ceremony to celebrate employee achievement. Throughout the year, employees and managers are asked to nominate colleagues who consistently demonstrate excellence in one of five award categories: outstanding achievement, excellence in leadership, impact, client service and excellence in investigation.
