TSB to issue safety concerns following investigation into the 2021 loss of containers and fire aboard the vessel ZIM Kingston

Richmond, British Columbia,  — 

The Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) will release its investigation report (M21P0297) into the ZIM Kingston container vessel, that lost 109 containers and subsequently caught fire near Victoria, British Columbia, in 2021.
