Today, the Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) released its investigation report (A18P0115) into a loss of control on initial climb and impact with the runway involving a vintage de Havilland DH-89A biplane at the Abbotsford International Airport, in British Columbia, in August 2018.
The TSB conducted a limited-scope, fact-gathering investigation into this occurrence to advance transportation safety through greater awareness of potential safety issues.
