Investigation report: Runway overrun at Kasabonika Airport, Ontario
The Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) released its investigation report (A23C0105) into the November 21, 2023 runway overrun at the Kasabonika Airport, Ontario, involving a Pilatus PC-12/45 aircraft, operated by North Star Air Ltd.
The TSB conducted a limited-scope, class 4 investigation into this occurrence to advance transportation safety through greater awareness of potential safety issues. See the Policy on Occurrence Classification for more information.
