The Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) is deploying a team of investigators to the Port of Montreal, Quebec. On 28 June 2022 the general cargo BBC ARKHANGELSK, while under the conduct of a pilot, reported having steering gear issues and ran aground in the St. Lawrence Seaway near Rivière-Beaudette, Quebec.
